Responsibilities
- Sales and purchases of farms, estates, and rural land
- Agricultural tenancies and farming partnerships
- Estate management and succession planning
- Rural diversification and development projects
- Biodiversity, natural capital, and sustainability initiatives
- Country homes and rural residential property
- Collaborate with landowners, farming families, rural businesses, and institutions to deliver tailored advice
Key requirements
- 1-4 years’ PQE in Commercial Property or Rural/Agricultural Law
- Genuine interest in rural sector and countryside matters
- Strong communication, drafting, and client care skills
- Collaborative mindset and proactive, organised approach
- Rural property experience is a bonus but enthusiasm and willingness to learn are important
