Overview
In this Exeter-based role you join a growing Property Litigation team to handle high‑value disputes for a diverse client base. You will work closely with Partners, gain early responsibility, and manage own matters within a supportive, ambitious culture. Responsibilities
- Handle commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Advise on Building Safety Act matters
- Manage real property disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, boundary issues, harassment)
- Oversee commercial and residential service charge disputes
- Manage property insolvency and secured recoveries
- Develop own matters with direct client exposure
- Collaborate with Partners and senior fee earners to support clients
Key requirements
- Experience in property litigation during training contract or NQ role
- Exposure to residential and commercial disputes (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
- Good judgement, empathy and professionalism in sensitive matters
- Strong organisational skills and resilience under pressure
- High attention to detail and proactive, thorough approach
