At Dales Community Care, we’re looking for a kind, reliable and compassionate Care Assistant to support an elderly lady in her own home and within the local village.
This is a rewarding role where companionship, conversation and encouraging independence is our main aim.
Your role will include:
- Providing companionship, conversation and social interaction
- Supporting with light household tasks e.g. cleaning
- Assisting with mobility, including wheelchair support in the community
- Accompanying her on short trips within the village
- Encouraging independence and social engagement
- Providing reassurance and emotional support
- Supporting with personal care where needed
