Overview

As Head of CoE Revenue Lifecycle Management, you will lead the transformation and standardisation of the firm’s billing, e-billing, client finance and reporting functions to support efficient, compliant revenue operations. You will partner with senior finance stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen governance and improve financial performance across the revenue lifecycle. You will manage a global team, champion process optimisation and automation, and ensure high-quality client service. This role sits at the heart of a high-performing Finance function in a collaborative, diverse culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the global Revenue Lifecycle Management process and programme aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements
  • Drive end-to-end revenue lifecycle optimisation from matter inception to cash collection to improve efficiency and client experience
  • Partner with CFO, Finance Leadership, and senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives
  • Lead global billing and e-billing functions with cross-functional collaboration for system enhancements and service excellence
  • Act as subject matter expert for billing, revenue recognition, and policies to ensure compliance and fit-for-purpose processes
  • Develop robust revenue controls, metrics and service standards, mitigating leakage and risks
  • Foster relationships with Partners, Practice Groups, and Shared Services to drive billing discipline and working capital
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global team, promoting collaboration, learning and adoption of automation and AI

Key requirements

  • Significant experience leading global billing or revenue operations in professional services, preferably legal
  • Proven track record of revenue optimisation, operational excellence and large-scale transformation
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed or multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
