Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex residential conveyancing matters
- Provide expert legal advice and maintain high-quality client service
- Handle deeds of grant, covenants and easements
- Manage assignments and declarations of trust
- Set up residential leases
- Oversee equity release transactions
- Address Building Safety Act matters
- Tackle other complex and technical conveyancing issues
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE managing complex residential conveyancing matters
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
