Economic Crime Investigator – Banking Support (Glasgow)

Teleperformance in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls for Nationwide, supporting the prevention and investigation of economic crime. A minimum of 6 months contact centre experience is required, with a full-time permanent contract (40 hours per week) and a starting salary of £26,436.80 per year.

You will work shifts 8.00 am – 8.00 pm, Monday to Sunday, in a non-work-from-home setup, with comprehensive background checks and a start date of 26 October 2026.
