In this role you will join a general liability insurance team in Bristol to manage a varied caseload across personal injury, health and safety matters, and product regulation. You will serve a high-profile client base of liability insurers, delivering timely, high-quality service and contributing to process improvements and business development. Responsibilities

• Manage fast track, intermediate, and multi-track personal injury claims
• Lead health and safety investigations, prosecutions, and inquests
• Handle product regulation and liability matters
• Advise on coverage and legal strategy
• Deliver high-quality client service aligned with SLAs
• Contribute to process improvement and team development
• Attend client events and meetings (primarily in London)
• Support business development and client initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with NQ-4 years PQE or equivalent experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures and claims handling
• Interest or experience in product law and health & safety regulation
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver commercial solutions
• Commitment to business development and practice growth
