Senior Employment Solicitor opportunity with a leading international firm to shape and deliver employment litigation for a major client portfolio. You will partner with Partners to set strategic direction, supervise complex tribunal matters, and grow a high-performing team. The role emphasizes innovative, technology-enabled ways of working, including AI, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Lead, support and grow a team of employment lawyers delivering high-quality employment litigation services
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Build strong client relationships and act as trusted adviser to key stakeholders
• Drive innovative, technology-enabled ways of working, including AI and process improvements
• Oversee delivery across a significant client portfolio

Key requirements

• 7 years’+ PQE
• Qualified lawyer with strong academic background
• Solid experience in employment law (redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination)
• Strong Employment Tribunal experience, including managing complex claims
• Experience using AI
• Experience advising on day-to-day HR issues (grievances, Settlement Agreements)
• Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
