Finance Systems Analyst

Overview

In this role you support and enhance Arup’s global Finance systems landscape, driving automation and digital transformation across the business. You will partner with the Group Head of Finance Systems to maximise system value through governance, innovation, and user engagement. You’ll work across ERP, expenses, procurement, treasury, payroll and reporting, while leveraging Power Platform and RPA to streamline processes. You will help design, test and implement enhancements, promote adoption, and build strong cross-functional relationships. Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Finance systems
• Gather requirements and design/test/deliver system enhancements
• Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate and automation solutions
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and digital transformation
• Support governance, controls, documentation, and access management
• Deliver user training and promote tool adoption
• Build relationships with Finance, IT and business stakeholders as a trusted advisor

Key requirements

• Experience with Finance systems in a Finance or business environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of business process improvement, systems administration or digital transformation
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, automation technologies or RPA preferred
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL and reporting technologies
• Excellent communication and global stakeholder management
