Finance Transformation Lead

Overview

In this role you will lead BST11 ERP and Finance transformation efforts, guiding ERP projects, governance, and delivery across Finance, Technology and operations. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage scope, schedule, budget and quality, and ensure successful go-lives and post-go-live stabilization. You’ll translate Finance needs into ERP solutions while maintaining robust PMO governance. This is a high-impact position at a major ERP transformation programme with a focus on delivering financial visibility and integrated project performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP projects and workstreams through the full lifecycle with integrated plans
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and issues
• Coordinate ERP configuration, data migration, testing, training, cutover and go-live
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal technology teams
• Drive decisions and dependencies to resolution; support post-go-live stabilization
• Work with Finance stakeholders across GL, AP/AR, Project Accounting, Billing, Revenue, Cash, Financial Reporting, Management Accounting, Project Profitability, Forecasting, Time & Expense, and Controls
• Establish and maintain PMO governance; manage RAID, dependency, decision and action logs
• Produce programme reporting and prepare Steering Committee materials; track budget and delivery performance
• Ensure documentation and governance standards are maintained

Key requirements

• Experience as ERP Project Manager, ERP PMO Lead or Senior PMO in Finance ERP implementations or transformations
• Experience in a project-driven organisation (AEC, engineering, professional services or consulting)
• Strong understanding of Finance processes and project accounting
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects with governance, planning and reporting
• Experience with data migration, testing, integrations and ERP go-live
• Experience working with implementation partners and third-party suppliers
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Desirable: BST11 ERP experience, BST11 Finance implementation, Power BI / management reporting, ERP integrations and data migration, PRINCE2/PMP/AgilePM or equivalent
