Overview

In this role, you will support complex debt financing work within a leading international law firm. You join a global team that handles large-scale, multi‑jurisdictional transactions for banks, borrowers, and financial institutions. You will draft and negotiate loan agreements and security documents while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams across M&A, Capital Markets and Project Finance to deliver sophisticated financing solutions.
