Responsibilities
- Advise on banking and finance matters for lenders and borrowers (acquisition finance, corporate lending, leveraged finance)
- Handle complex LMA facility agreements and associated loan documentation
- Contribute to high-value financing transactions within a London/top regional practice
- Collaborate with partners and clients to structure, negotiate, and close facilities
Key requirements
- 1-3 PQE
- England & Wales Qualified
