Waking Nights Therapeutic Childcare Worker

Spark of Genius Edinburgh seeks a Therapeutic Residential Childcare Worker to provide nurturing, trauma-informed care for children who have experienced adversity. You will support daily routines, build trusting relationships, and work with colleagues to deliver high-quality care in a therapeutic setting.

This role requires a full UK driving licence, a commitment to compassionate practice, and completion of training. DBS/PVG checks apply and there are opportunities for progression within the team.
