Responsibilities

  • Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
  • Advising on trusts, tax, probate and estate administration
  • Handling a broad range of private client matters
  • Attending clients at home or agreed locations
  • Progressing matters per service level agreements using the case management system
  • Delivering a profitable contribution through personal fee earning and meeting time/billing targets
  • Providing compassionate support to elderly or vulnerable clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas for holistic advice
  • Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with legislation changes
  • Maintaining high quality file management and compliance standards

Key requirements

  • Experience across Wills, Powers of Attorney, trusts, probate and tax matters
