Overview
In this role you join a national RIBA chartered architectural practice to deliver large-scale projects across education, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors. You will work closely with project teams from inception to completion, shaping design and technical details to meet regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Deliver large-scale projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare design risk assessments and detailed design information
- Produce documents for statutory approval authorities
- Administer contract and project certifications
Key requirements
- Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
- CIAT membership (towards or achieved)
- Strong post-qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist in a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- Managed large-scale projects across sectors
- Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Live within commutable distance to Birmingham
- Full UK Driver’s license
