Senior Estimator (Facades)

Overview

As Senior Estimator (Facades), you will lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for facade packages across commercial, residential, and mixed-use schemes. You will work closely with architects, project managers, and suppliers to gather information and submit competitive bids. You will identify risks through analysis and support bid clarifications during the tender process. This role places you at the heart of project viability, helping secure awards and guide cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for facade packages
• Analyse materials, labour, and manufacturing costs to ensure competitive bids
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and suppliers to collect information
• Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals
