Responsibilities

• Provide strategic employment advisory and support on complex matters
• Manage large-scale restructures and workforce transformation projects
• Handle Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Lead sensitive investigations and senior employee issues
• Coordinate cross-border employment and global mobility matters
• Contribute to high-quality, premium work for FTSE-listed and major clients
• Support client relationship development and collaborate with Partners and senior stakeholders

Key requirements

• Significant experience in employment law within a recognised regional, national, or City practice
