Lead Site Agent – Tunnelling & Civil Works

Matchtech is seeking a Site Agent for the Grove Farm Inlet Works project in Great Missenden. This contract role spans 55 weeks starting in November, focusing on tunnelling and deep civil works including shafts, tunnels, pits, FRC structures and manhole construction.

The candidate should have strong tunnelling and shaft experience, a civil engineering background, and hold SMSTS and CSCS credentials, with proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
