Michael Page is recruiting a Senior Employee Relations Specialist in London to support the HR function within a globally recognised luxury fashion brand. You will handle complex employee relations matters, advise managers, and ensure compliance with employment law.

This is a 5-days-per-week, in-office role with an in-person culture where relationship building and stakeholder engagement are central to success. Some WFH days are permitted.
