Weightmans is recruiting a file handler for our litigation team based primarily in the Liverpool office. The role focuses on managing a modest NIHL claims caseload while supporting Partners and Associates with more complex asbestos-related work.
You will draft strategy reports, undertake legal research, prepare pleadings and attend conferences, client meetings and court hearings as required. A flexible, team-oriented approach and strong organisational skills are essential.
