Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters (freehold/leasehold sales and purchases)
• Handle transfers of equity and re-mortgages
• Oversee new build transactions and shared ownership matters
• Support equity release transactions and related client communications
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
• Contribute to growth and success of the Property team
