Responsibilities

• Manage residential schemes from inception to completion
• Oversee on-site delivery on high-end houses and apartments
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and interface with design and commercial teams
• Monitor progress against plans and milestones
• Support risk management and problem-solving on site

Key requirements

• 3 years’ experience as an Assistant Site Manager
• Degree qualification or similar construction management qualification
• Residential developer experience
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid Certificate
