Overview

In this role you will partner with senior leaders and HR stakeholders to implement and evolve the people strategy, building high-performing teams and an inclusive employee experience. You’ll use data-driven insights to shape workforce plans, support leadership development, and drive a globally scalable HRBP operating model. The opportunity spans multiple regions and cross-functional groups, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to implement people strategy and support business goals
  • Coach and influence leaders to demonstrate Swift’s leadership principles
  • Develop and execute workforce plans focusing on future skills, diversity, and cost efficiency
  • Promote performance and learning culture, drive employee engagement and inclusivity initiatives
  • Support sales, engineering, and corporate functions with consistent HR partnership
  • Evolve the HRBP operating model and contribute to strategic global HR initiatives
  • Lead or contribute to employee listening, talent reviews, and performance management processes
  • Balance strategic HR value with hands-on operational decisions to deliver results

Key requirements

  • Minimum five years of generalist HR experience in global, medium-to-large organizations
  • At least three years in senior HR Business Partnering with management and scaling support for large teams
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation and challenging the status quo
  • Experience managing sensitive employee cases and balancing legal considerations
  • Experience rolling out HR programmes tailored to business contexts, empowering leaders
  • Knowledge of HR practices across EMEA and other regions and engagement with employee representatives
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building
  • Influencing and presenting to senior leaders
  • Inquisitive mindset with constructive coaching ability
  • Data analysis and delivering actionable insights
  • Ability to leverage AI to simplify and automate HR processes
  • Experience with HR digital tools and processes (general)
