Overview

In this Lead HR Business Partner role, you will partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver the people agenda in a fast-paced, high-performance Formula One setting. You will align the people strategy with business objectives, drive organisational performance, and support leadership through change to attract and retain top talent. You will work across organisational design, talent management, and employee relations to foster a high-performance culture. This is a high-impact role where HR directly influences strategy and operations in a globally visible team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into people plans
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior stakeholders
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, succession planning and talent management
  • Support leaders with complex employee relations and performance matters
  • Drive employee engagement and contribute to a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development and other HR teams on key initiatives
  • Coach leaders to strengthen management capability and effectiveness
  • Use people data and insights to inform decisions
  • Support and lead business change and transformation initiatives
  • Contribute to development and delivery of the wider HR/people strategy

Key requirements

  • HR experience as a partner, preferably at senior level
  • Experience in Formula One or high-performance motorsport or similar environment
  • Proven track record partnering with senior leadership teams
  • Experience in organisational design, talent, succession, employee relations and change
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to understand operational demands of a high-performance organisation
