Overview

In this Lead Business Partner role, you’ll shape and deliver people strategies to enable business performance and sustainable growth across an international Managed Services unit. You will partner with Executive stakeholders, evangelize data-driven decision making, and lead complex HR change initiatives. The position sits on the HR Leadership Team, driving consistent practices and cross-border collaboration. You’ll influence leaders to translate business strategy into people priorities, delivering measurable impact and transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and maintain credibility at Executive level
  • Build cross-border relationships to influence leaders on commercially sound people decisions
  • Use coaching and facilitation to enable effective decision-making and pragmatic solutions
  • Provide constructive challenge to stakeholders and the HR team
  • Lead and align HR initiatives as a member of the HR Leadership Team to embed best practice
  • Collaborate to identify priorities supporting Computacenter’s strategic objectives
  • Delegate operational tasks to focus on strategy and empower the global HR team
  • Interpret business information to assess change implications, risks, synergies, and offshore/nearshore opportunities
  • Develop and deliver people plans aligned to business priorities and strategy
  • Lead global programmes from inception to completion
  • Lead, coach, and develop HR Business Partners and HR Managers
  • Set objectives and drive performance and development conversations
  • Contribute to transformation activity and HR planning across an international landscape
  • Own HR workstreams for complex change initiatives and support operating model decisions

Key requirements

  • Senior HR Director/leader experience in IT, technology or tech-enabled services
  • International experience and stakeholder management across countries and business areas
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into people priorities
  • Confidence in influencing senior stakeholders and challenging thinking
  • Ability to use data and external perspective to inform decisions and show impact
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams in global/matrix environments
  • Strong change management, transformation and programme delivery capability
