Overview
In this London-based role, you join a civil and infrastructure team to steer transportation planning initiatives and engineering projects. You will shape the growth of the transportation practice, lead technical studies, and serve as the senior client-facing contact. The position combines project leadership with hands-on analysis, design collaboration, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a range of transportation planning and engineering projects with autonomy
- Oversee technical delivery including reports, assessments, master planning, and traffic/transport studies
- Act as senior point of contact with clients, design teams and third parties
- Contribute to the design of roads and other civil engineering works
- Support growth and direction of the transportation team in London in collaboration with the Team Leader
Key requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in transportation planning/engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, or related field
- Experience in junction and/or roundabout design
- Ability to represent the company in meetings with design teams and authorities
- Experience supporting business development campaigns targeting new clients
- Proficiency with Arcady, Picady, Linsig, TRICS
- Proficiency in GIS
- Civil engineering design experience is desirable but not essential
