Overview

In this role, you support client engagements in capital markets and strategic advisory, working with senior bankers on transactions and pitches. You help translate data into actionable recommendations and build models to value companies. You will contribute to market analyses and prepare materials for live deals, supporting clients through fast-paced, high-stakes environments. This position offers exposure to advisory, finance, and regulatory aspects within a leading global bank.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client transactions and projects as part of the Investment Banking team
• Organize and analyze sophisticated financial data for proposals and strategic plans
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials, and statistical exhibits for pitches and live deals
• Conduct economic/financial research
• Build complex financial models for valuation purposes
• Collaborate with senior Banking officers to deliver client-focused solutions

Key requirements

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Certified Role with Fit and Proper assessment under FCA and PRA regimes
