Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative mechanical design solutions
• Collaborate with architects, clients and team members to deliver energy-efficient designs
• Prepare and review design calculations, specifications and drawings
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and emerging technologies

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven mechanical design experience in building services
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it (CIBSE, IMechE, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT and HVAC design software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for sustainable design and energy efficiency
