Wholesale Operations Manager: End-to-End Orders & Onboarding

Finisterre’s Wholesale Customer Operations Manager will own the customer and order journey from onboarding to invoicing, across UK, EU and NA markets. The role oversees Netsuite order processing, EDI flows, and compliance, while leading two Admin Assistants and building essential SOPs to drive growth and accuracy.

The position is based at Finisterre’s headquarters in St Agnes, Cornwall, with standard hours 9:00am–5:30pm and flexibility to overlap with North America.
