Quantity Surveyor – High-End Fit Out | London

Overview

In this role you support the commercial delivery of high-end fit-out projects in London, ensuring financial control from pre-contract to final account. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage costs, valuations, and variations on CAT A/B schemes for premium clients. The position sits within a market-leading contractor known for flagship projects and clear progression paths. You will help build strong client and supplier relationships while maintaining accurate, detail-oriented financial oversight. This is a hands-on role with impact on project profitability and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of high-end fit out projects from pre-contract through to final account
• Prepare, negotiate, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts
• Conduct valuations, variations, and progress payments
• Collaborate with project and design teams to ensure financial and commercial control
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit out or refurbishment sectors
• Proven track record on commercial or corporate office projects in London
• Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
