Responsibilities

• Lead respondent-focused Employment Tribunal claims
• Advise on disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancies
• Support TUPE, outsourcing and corporate transactions
• Enforce post-termination restrictions
• Draft employment contracts, consultancy and settlement agreements
• Contribute to business development and client growth
• Mentor junior lawyers and help shape the team

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Confident, client-focused approach
• Experience supervising or managing junior colleagues
• Drive to help grow the firm’s employment offering nationally
