FMCG Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Day Shift (4on/4off)

Synergi Recruitment is seeking an electrically biased, multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established food manufacturing site near Northampton on a permanent day shift. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off pattern (6:00am–6:00pm) with a strong focus on reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include PPM and reactive maintenance on high-speed packaging equipment, fault finding on PLC-controlled systems, and keeping CMMS records current.
