Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of complex electrical designs and solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
• Support multidisciplinary project delivery from concept to execution
• Review deliverables for technical excellence, quality and compliance
• Develop engineering standards, procedures and best practices
• Manage technical scope, budgets and schedules for assigned workstreams
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and engineers to deliver outcomes
• Mentor engineers and develop technical capability within the team
• Contribute to solutions addressing global infrastructure and energy challenges

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• 8+ years of post-graduate engineering experience
• Experience delivering complex electrical engineering projects
• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring or project guidance
