Room Leader – Early Years, Lead & Train Staff (Term-Time)

Blagrave Nursery School in Reading is seeking a dedicated room leader to join a friendly team. The role is part-time (36.75 hours per week) and term-time only, with INSET days, start date October 2026.

You will lead day-to-day room management, support staff development, promote high-quality EYFS practice, and build strong partnerships with parents and external professionals to enhance children’s development.
