Tissue Viability Nurse Specialist — Wound Care Leader

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Tissue Viability Nurse to cover a 13‑month fixed term maternity leave. The post focuses on wound management, skin integrity and evidence‑based practice, with education and support for healthcare professionals, patients and carers.

You will work within the Tissue Viability Team to assess complex wounds, deliver training, and contribute to audits and quality improvement across our acute and community services in Guildford and surrounding sites.
