Senior Operations Manager – Apprenticeships & Compliance

University of Nottingham is recruiting a Senior Operations Manager (Internal Only) for the Professional Development Unit. You will own key apprenticeship delivery processes—from enrolment to End-Point Assessment and certification—and coordinate observations and compliance reporting.

In this role, you will support End-Point Assessment for various degree apprenticeships, represent the PDU in Ofsted preparations, and oversee programme delivery with learning plans and inductions.
