Early Talent Development Lead — Hybrid London (12–13mo FTC)

London Arena is seeking an Early Talent Development Specialist for a 13 month maternity cover contract in central London. You will manage 120–150 trainees, running career development meetings and guiding qualification decisions with Trainee Partners and HRBPs.

The role involves coordinating with Resource Managers on trainee needs, supervising secondments, and leading training initiatives in partnership with the Academy team. A strong advisory voice to the business is essential.
