Student Wellbeing & Attendance Officer

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a welcoming secondary school in Ruislip to recruit a Pastoral and Attendance Officer for September 2026. This full-time role focuses on improving wellbeing and attendance, liaising with families, and supporting a dedicated pastoral team.

You will work with Heads of Year, safeguarding staff and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and maintain robust attendance records in SIMS, Arbor or Bromcom.
