Corporate Paralegal – M&A & Private Equity (Hybrid)

Browne Jacobson LLP is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join the Corporate M&A and Private Equity team in Birmingham. You will work closely with associates and partners, supporting due diligence, drafting and reviewing documents, managing Companies House filings, coordinating completions, and assisting with client onboarding.

This role is ideal for someone with a law degree (or equivalent) and a keen interest in corporate law to build a career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
