Two-Site Warehouse & Logistics Leader

ASC Connections is recruiting a Warehouse and Logistics Manager in the Birmingham area to own and optimise warehouse and logistics operations across two sites. You will lead a team of 30+ staff, drive 5S/lean improvements and embed continuous improvement to ensure on-time deliveries and smooth production flow.

The role offers a circa £55k salary plus a 10% annual management bonus, early Friday finish, flexible working, and long-term career development within a stable expanding manufacturer.
