Maintenance Surveyor – North London: Repairs & Surveys

Clarion Housing Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor for North London, covering Clerkenwell and surrounding areas. You will conduct pre/post-inspections and surveys for repairs, and coordinate maintenance work to meet cost, time, and quality standards.

You will consult with customers and leaseholders, engage with stakeholders, and be a member of a relevant professional body such as RICS or CIOB. Travel across the region is required and the role is permanent.
