Overview

In this role, you will design and evolve our Integrated Management System to support growth and operational effectiveness. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to embed governance, quality and compliance across the business. You will manage multiple ISO certifications and drive continual improvement, ensuring certifications and regulatory requirements are met. This is a hands-on position for someone with practical experience in compliance, quality, governance, information security, health and safety, and service management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and enhance the Management System to support growth and effectiveness
  • Coordinate implementation, maintenance, surveillance and recertification of ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000)
  • Translate ISO, regulatory and business requirements into governance frameworks and documentation
  • Oversee internal and external audits, management reviews and assurance activities
  • Manage risks, opportunities, non-conformities, corrective actions and continual improvement programs
  • Collaborate with management and teams to embed compliance and ensure uptake of requirements
  • Develop compliance reporting, KPIs and management information for senior leadership
  • Monitor legislative and standards changes and assess impact to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Promote a culture of quality, assurance and continual improvement across the organisation

Key requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in a Compliance, Quality, Governance or Management Systems role
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing and improving Integrated Management Systems
  • Experience coordinating multiple ISO certifications including audit prep, surveillance and recertification
  • Practical knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 20000)
  • Experience supporting or coordinating audits, corrective actions, non-conformities and continual improvement activities
  • Ability to interpret standards and translate into practical processes and documentation
  • Strong organisational, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
