Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of a circa 4m fast-track commercial fit-out over two newly built floors, with potential oversight of a second similar project. You will drive design, procurement and M&E coordination within a challenging programme to completion in mid-April. You’ll manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants and the wider design team, ensuring quality, progress and smooth handover. The role demands a proactive, delivery-focused leader who can own decisions, drive the supply chain and close out actions. This is a design-led, technically demanding project at pace, offering meaningful impact on a high-end finish and building services integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and procurement activities aligned with construction programme
• Coordinate M&E/building services, architectural packages and high-end finishes
• Drive subcontractor performance and maintain the programme
• Manage quality, progress, commissioning and handover
• Identify and resolve design and coordination issues quickly
• Manage client relationships and collaborate with client-side consultants and design team
• Lead project, design and subcontractor meetings and ensure actions are closed out

Key requirements

• Proven track record delivering 4m+ fast-track commercial fit-out projects
• Strong experience in high-end finishes and complex M&E/services coordination
• Experience working within existing buildings
