Overview

As Project Manager in Property Management, you will lead client-focused projects within a dynamic REMS environment. You’ll shape delivery scope, manage governance, and drive change across teams to align with the Global Strategy. Your role connects clients, occupiers, and suppliers, delivering value through structured planning and risk-aware execution. This is an opportunity to influence transformation within property management at a global real estate leader. You’ll work onsite in Norfolk and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with clients to meet expectations
  • Serve as main Property Management contact to deliver project scope per contract
  • Support leadership in shaping the Property Management agenda, resources, and training
  • Align with Change Programme to implement the Global Strategy
  • Champion transformation and enhance project management capability
  • Collaborate with clients, occupiers, and suppliers across the business and with third parties
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with the Sponsor
  • Plan timelines, milestones, and track progress; escalate issues
  • Manage risks and dependencies; monitor critical path
  • Perform stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans
  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned

Key requirements

  • Minimum 3 years direct project management experience
  • PRINCE2 project management certification
  • Project management skills including planning, risk management and benefits tracking
  • Experience using project and programme management tools and techniques
  • Ability to respond promptly to project changes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing clients and key customers
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Adept at understanding business requirements quickly
  • Experience in the property sector an advantage but not essential
