Overview

In this role you will support the UK MoD and government clients through technology-enabled defence transformation initiatives. You will join a cross-functional Defence practice to tackle strategic challenges at scale, shaping operations, programmes and strategy. You will work with diverse teams to derive insights, design recommendations and help implement them to deliver tangible value. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge defence topics and a clear path for growth in a collaborative, innovation-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead an independent workstream within a broader project
  • Gather, synthesize and analyze data from multiple sources to derive insights
  • Structure and communicate outcomes to client management teams
  • Collaborate with client teams to implement recommendations and realise value
  • Develop and refine offerings and collateral to support sales and origination
  • Facilitate client workshops and use human-centered approaches to frame opportunities
  • Contribute to thought leadership and strategic problem-solving in defence contexts

Key requirements

  • Client-facing management consulting experience with Defence or closely related government clients
  • Alternatively, substantial industry experience driving transformational change in Defence
  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
  • Strong functional knowledge in areas such as Supply Chain, Operational Improvement, Quality Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Digital Transformation & Engineering, Complex Programme Delivery, Data & Analytics, Intelligence & Operations
  • Exceptional creative problem solving and analytical skills
  • Effective written and oral communication in English
  • Willingness to undergo UK security clearance and meet residency requirements
