Facilities Compliance Administrator

Equans in Bellshill is recruiting a Compliance Administrator to support a Wheatley Group contract on a permanent basis. The role is full-time (40 hours) with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will monitor statutory compliance across electrical, mechanical, gas, fire safety, water hygiene and lifts, maintain CAFM records, and support internal and external audits. The position requires strong IT skills, experience with CAFM systems and the ability to work to deadlines.
