Clinical Lead Nurse – Dementia Care & Team Leadership

Purosearch Ltd is recruiting for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join a dementia-focused nursing home in Ilminster area. The role combines clinical leadership with management responsibilities, with roughly 50% clinical shifts and 50% management hours.

You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, conduct care audits, ensure CQC compliance, and drive person-centred, high-quality care for residents living with dementia while building strong relationships with families and external professionals.
