Overview

As Manager, Business Development, Lifestyle – EMEA, you will drive licensing deals to expand Authentic’s brand footprint across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify partners, craft compelling propositions, and close agreements that boost revenue. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and travel as needed to nurture relationships. This role offers the chance to shape how iconic brands grow through licensing partnerships on a continental scale.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads and research the market to identify new licensing partners aligned with brand strategies
  • Map target contacts, initiate contact via cold outreach, and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing to develop pitches that align brand value with partner needs
  • Lead deal development with Brand Management and Leadership teams; draft business plans and licensing proposals
  • Conduct negotiations, assemble term sheets, and coordinate with legal to finalize licensing agreements
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, manage deal processes, and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Achieve quota targets in the assigned lifestyle/EMEA pillar
  • Travel occasionally as required

Key requirements

  • Experience in new business development in licensing for Lifestyle, Sports, Fashion in EMEA
  • Full-cycle sales experience from lead generation to closing
  • Knowledge of licensees and product categories
  • Fearless, professional drive with substantial cold calling and outreach
  • Proven success negotiating licensing contracts and developing new business opportunities with licensees
  • Ability to partner with licensees to understand needs and growth opportunities
  • Understanding of licensing sales dynamics, key retail accounts, development plans and strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree
