Responsibilities
- Advise on corporate transactions across M&A, PE, ECM and restructurings
- Manage governance matters for corporate clients
- Lead deal teams and coordinate with junior lawyers and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex transactions
- Maintain and develop client relationships and business opportunities
- Ensure high-quality drafting, due diligence, and regulatory compliance
Key requirements
- 5-7 PQE
- E&W qualified
- 5-7 years corporate experience at US, Magic Circle or Top 20 City firm
