Responsibilities

• Mobilise, deliver, and realise benefits of large-scale transformation programmes using established project management methods
• Lead multi-workstream teams across mobilisation through implementation
• Influence governance through analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Ensure programmes meet priorities, dependencies, and timelines to deliver business benefits
• Identify key programme decisions and escalate unresolved issues to governance forums
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities to expand service offerings
• Lead engagements, manage performance and financials, including billing and estimates
• Coach and develop staff; ensure adherence to workplace policies

Key requirements

• Third-level degree in business or IT preferred; strong academic record
• Professional qualifications in project management (PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, SAFe) or equivalent
• 8+ years in client-facing delivery of large-scale change/transformation programmes or 10+ years in a similar corporate setting
• Minimum 3 years onsite in UK&I across sectors such as Power & Utilities, Government, Technology, Financial Services, etc.
• Experience in ERP, CRM, AI, Digital Workplace, Cloud Migration, Data & Analytics, RPA, IoT
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
• Experience in matrix organizations and in leading teams with clients and partners
• Track record of delivering IT transformation programmes and aligning business & IT across silos
